As oil and gas exploitation extends to deep and complex reservoirs, formation temperature and salinity keep rising. Conventional polyacrylamide products suffer severe performance degradation under extreme conditions above 80℃ and 50,000 mg/L salinity.
Our temperature & salt resistant polymers are developed via specialty monomer introduction, 3D molecular structure design and process optimization to adapt to harsh environments. In the treatment of high-salinity reinjection water, the oil removal rate reaches 89% and filter cake moisture content drops to 75%. After 90 days of storage at 120℃ and 50,000 mg/L salinity, the viscosity retention rate remains 78%.
