Feymer Joins Hands with Hengyu Group to Create a Green Future for Textile Dyeing & Finishing

Recently, a delegation from Hengyu Group visited Feymer Technology for in-depth exchanges on green dyeing technology and comprehensive water resource utilization, aiming to explore low-carbon development paths for the textile industry.

The visitors first inspected the TSD Water Treatment Center of Toray Group (Nantong) and learned about the operation effect of advanced water treatment technologies. Afterwards, they visited Feymer’s intelligent exhibition hall to know our technological strengths and innovative achievements in hydrophilic functional polymers, membrane separation technology and integrated industrial water treatment solutions. We mainly introduced our practical solutions for water recycling and pollutant reduction in textile dyeing and finishing. Feymer’s brand slogan Making Every Waterprint Count and our practice of empowering green production via technological innovation won high recognition from the guests.

During the seminar, Qian Xin, Chairman of Feymer Technology, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and shared the company’s development philosophy and core technological advantages. Our engineering director elaborated on the cooperation plan. In view of the demands of Hengyu Group’s new dyeing and finishing project, both sides reached a four-stage strategic cooperation framework:

• Demonstration Project: Jointly build a reclaimed water reuse demonstration project to raise the reuse rate of dyeing wastewater and cut production water costs;
• Regional Promotion: Take the demonstration project as a benchmark to promote the integrated "treatment-reuse-quality improvement" water management model among textile clusters in Wujiang;
• Synergistic Cooperation: Deepen supply chain collaboration. Hengyu Group undertakes project engineering and integration, while Feymer provides customized high-performance membrane elements and water treatment chemicals to accelerate project implementation;
• Long-term Support: Establish a permanent operation & maintenance system. Feymer’s professional technical team provides full-life services including process optimization, troubleshooting and on-site maintenance to ensure stable system operation.

This in-depth communication marks a key step for both parties to promote the green transformation of the textile industry. In the future, we will continue to deepen all-round cooperation driven by technological innovation, and jointly boost efficient water utilization and sustainable development across textile and other industrial sectors.
