Oilfield water treatment additives play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and environmentally responsible oil and gas production. Water is used extensively in drilling, completion, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) processes. The management of produced water, which comprises hydrocarbons, salts, dissolved solids, and particulates, is a major operational challenge. In mature fields, where water-cut often exceeds 90%, the performance of treatment chemicals directly impacts economic viability. Common issues include scale deposition, which restricts tubulars and impairs heat exchange; corrosion due to dissolved gases and bacteria; and the formation of stable emulsions that lead to oil losses. Our additives are specifically designed to address these issues through a synergistic blend of chemicals. For scale control, we utilize chelating agents and dispersants that alter crystal morphology, enabling easier removal.
